Technology – 3D Printing Systems
Our construction platforms are engineered to support both high-volume urban deployment and decentralized rapid-response construction. GAUDI Tech currently operates two primary system types, each tailored to specific project needs and environments.
All GAUDI Tech systems support both remote and manual operation modes, offer automated pump control, and include on-site ink mixing stations to ensure adaptability and efficiency in diverse construction scenarios.
1. Gantry Printer (2.0)
This large-format system features a printing volume of 18.5m x 8.5m x 3.0m. Key components include:
- Precision-controlled extrusion system
- Layer thickness control ranging from 5–25mm
- Printing speed of 8 to 10 meters per minute
The gantry design enables the printing of full-scale villas, public infrastructure, and multi-unit buildings with reduced reliance on scaffolding or mold systems.

2. Mobile Folding Printer (3.0)
This compact and transportable system is engineered for on-demand setup and remote deployments. It folds down for easy relocation and can print structures up to 10.3m wide. Notable features include:
- 100L ink silo
- Integrated ink delivery system with variable-speed flow
- Rapid setup ideal for post-disaster relief and modular installations
Construction Materials – Circular Innovation
GAUDI&'s "ink" is a construction-grade, printable composite created from industrial waste including steel slag, fly ash, tailings, desert sand, and demolition debris. The formula is optimized for structural integrity, environmental safety, and compatibility with diverse geotechnical environments.
